PREAMBLE

These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between ‘POLIÉS – INDUSTRIA DE ESFEROVITE, LDA’, located at R. Poe. Sá Miranda 52, 4785-220 Trofa, Portugal, with NIF 514 063 242 and contact 252 093 746, and individuals wishing to make purchases through the website katedrall.eu, hereinafter referred to as “user.”

The parties agree that purchases made through the website katedrall.eu will be exclusively regulated by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all necessary information to the user regarding the methods of ordering, sale, payment, and delivery of purchases made on the katedrall.eu website.

These terms regulate all necessary steps to complete an order and ensure its follow-up between the contracting parties.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER

The user places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the katedrall.eu website, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart.

To submit their order, the user must:

a) Provide the necessary information during the order completion process on the katedrall.eu website, such as the delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, NIF, and the name to appear on the invoice for tax purposes;

b) Choose the available shipping and payment options throughout the order completion process.

The final confirmation of the order by the user equates to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the concluded contract.

katedrall.eu will honor orders received online only until the limit of available stock. In case of product unavailability, katedrall.eu commits to informing the user as soon as possible.

The information on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the user. Once the invoice is issued, it cannot be reissued with modifications.

Orders are valid for 24 hours, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline. Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be used for a new order.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

On the katedrall.eu website, ‘POLIÉS – INDUSTRIA DE ESFEROVITE, LDA’ offers the following payment methods:

a) Bank transfer.
b) MBway.
c) Visa / Mastercard.
d) PayPal.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

National shipping: Orders are delivered by registered mail within a maximum of 24 hours, and 48 hours for the islands.

International shipping: Delivery times depend on the destination country and the carrier.

Delivery times for products may vary:
Standard products: between 3 to 10 business days, depending on location and product availability.
Custom products: between 3 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity and customization of the order.

Shipping costs are added to the order and are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the destination country.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

Prices are in Euros, including taxes and fees, based on the VAT rate applicable at the time of payment.

If the price of any product increases, the user will be immediately informed and may choose to receive their order (by paying the difference) or cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGES

The cancellation, exchange, or complaint process for defective products is handled on a case-by-case basis by ‘POLIÉS – INDUSTRIA DE ESFEROVITE, LDA’. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email general@katedrall.eu within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receiving the order. If it is a request for exchange or cancellation, the instructions will be responded to and defined by ‘POLIÉS – INDUSTRIA DE ESFEROVITE, LDA’ through the same communication method.

Products to be exchanged must be in perfect saleable condition, i.e., in the same state as when they were delivered to the user, without any defects or damage. In case of defects, photos or videos must be sent to prove the issue, including:
Photo of the product’s exterior packaging, with visible bubble wrap, if used;
Photo of the shipping label, showing the shipping information;
Photo of the damaged product;
Photo of the internal protections inside the box.

If the exchange value of products in an order is lower or higher than the initial value, the adjustment conditions will be provided by ‘POLIÉS – INDUSTRIA DE ESFEROVITE, LDA’. The return or exchange of products must be made in perfect condition, including all original packaging.

ARTICLE 7 – PROMOTIONS

Discounts will be applied only to marked items and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.

Promotions are valid from January 1 to March 31, 2024, and are limited to available stock.

ARTICLE 8 – PRIVACY POLICY

The processing of your data is carried out in compliance with personal data protection legislation. The data, subject to computerized processing, will be stored in the databases of ‘POLIÉS – INDUSTRIA DE ESFEROVITE, LDA’ and will be used for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be made available by the company.
